KISS has joined forces with RTC to produce the first KISS LED HDTV. RTC has been developing high definition televisions for the last year and working with companies like MARVEL and Capcom in developing LED units as well. RTC has LED units of the highest quality and resolutions in the market and is continuing to add to our technology. RTC is privately held and is very excited about our new relationship with KISS and Live Nation. We are introducing the first unit as a Limited Edition unit that will be numbered along with the packaging being a collectors item as well. We know that the KISS fans will love the new LED units and we look forward to growing the products.

Return Policy

We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but RTC strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within our return policy guidelines.

   Upon Delivery


               + Broken LED Screen.
               + Scratched Casing.
               + There must be a minimum of 3 dead pixels to declare an LED display defective and be eligible for return.
               + RTC requires that shipping damage is reported within 48 HOURS of the product’s delivery.

We make it simple and convenient to return RTC purchases. You must first email us several high resolution pictures of the TV case and the TV screen. You MUST receive a RMA# before shipping anything back. You can return items through the mail.  Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories and let us know the reason for your return.  Use the original shipping carton and packing material, if possible. Returned items MUST include a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). Please call Customer Service at 321-363-3794 or email at info@kisshdtv.com.

Return Period
Return your item within 30 days from the date you received the item. Please contact us for a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). You must send us several high resolution pictures of the TV case and the TV screen. When you have received a RMA#, then you may send the TV back to us.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories, unless the item is defective or the fee is prohibited by law.  The restocking fee is 25% of the retail item.

Missing item or damaged product fee
If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals, a missing item or damaged product fee may be charged.

KISS HDTV reserves the right to deny any return.  Additional exclusions may apply.
